SW Consulting came about at around the same time as the Internet Dot-Com debacle era in the early 2000s. Its original purpose was to provide guidance to companies to choose a more viable and self-sustaining growth-oriented path for their business. 

Sandy and Beatriz have both worked in the large corporate world, and Sandy includes government service in his background too. The perspectives of how companies of all sizes fail to keep their focus on the ever evolving nature of market dynamics is something that requires all hands to be vigilant at all times. 

Leveraging a career spanning fifty years of experiences, it evolved over the years from providing management consulting, to provisioning sales teams with the skills needed to be effective, and using prior experiences as examples of how to improve performance through forensic-like analyses of situations facing companies of all sizes. 

The portfolio of tools and expertise built around the forensic marketing practice methods, together with an emphasis on building deeper insights and understanding of and validation of targeted markets, while aided many companies to achieve self-sustaining optimized manageable growth. Rarely does it hurt to bring in fresh eyes and thoughts to explore the art of the possible when facing challenges.

Today, those challenges facing companies require management to keep ahead of events and trends, will often require seeking outside assistance, along with objective assessments of their situations, and a great deal of thoughtful brainstorming to arrive at workable solutions that can be implemented successfully. 

SW Consulting celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary in 2023. It continues to provide support for a select few companies, most notably startups, who need all the help they can find to get off the ground and soaring in their chosen markets, or to determine the optimum path forward including sale, merge., or acquisitions of resources and capabilities.
